The idea for this book came during a brainstorming
session for a new realestate company born in a city crowded with other realestate firms.
We were looking around for the perfect space for my client ́s office and showroom when out of the blue I remember saying: if you are able to be different, better and cheaper, you will be successful.
A few hours later while I was driving I thought of writing a small book about this phrase. A book on how to plan a simple strategy for a business model that can work for anyone. I then decided to write about the mental framework and essential concepts regarding that strategy, for every business is unique in its essence, and I am not qualified to write about every business since my field is architecture, construction and realestate.
